PG tips game - A Game of Two Continents

We developed A Game of Two Continents for PG tips, London's favorite tea. The game was launched in part of a larger campaign with the Rainforest Alliance, celebrating PG tips' efforts in their commitment to sustainability. Players join Monkey, the official PG tips mascot, on his journey from the tea farms in Kenya, across the ocean and home to England, for tea with the Queen.

Branding

Players interact with the PG tips brand throughout the game, helping Monkey, the game's main character, make his way from Africa all the way through an English garden maze for tea with the Queen. As an added bonus, players can collect PG tips tea on each leg of the journey.

Results

  • The game has had over 24,000 game plays in its first month of being launched.
  • Average game play session for A Game of Two Continents has increased to approximately 14 minutes.
  • Within the first month of its launch, the game has been played over 2,000 hours.
